Trump Has A Promise For The “Deep State”

Former President Donald Trump promised to “obliterate the deep state” during his speech in Bedminster, New Jersey, according to National File. His speech comes after he was arrested and indicted for allegedly mishandling classified documents and “obstructing justice.”

Special Counsel Jack Smith was appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland to oversee an investigation into Trump’s classified documents found at his estate in Mar-a-Lago. Many critics of the Biden administration have cited the hypocrisy of the charges, citing the evidence that found that Biden retained classified documents that date back to his time as vice president at his Delaware residence and old office.

During his speech, Trump told a thunderous crowd that the deep state is after him because he is refusing to let it silence the people. He then claimed that he is the only one that can save the U.S.

Trump then noted polling that views Biden as arresting his top political opponent on “fake and fabricated charges” that other presidents would be guilty of, including Biden himself. This accusation that the arrest is political persecution has been bolstered by Biden’s claim that he will take every “legitimate effort” under the Constitution to keep Trump out of office.

Around 1,800 boxes of classified information were found to be in Biden’s possession, however, Trump and the 11 boxes found in his estate are under scrutiny instead. The news comes as an FBI document recently unveiled to the House Oversight Committee showed that the Bidens allegedly took two $5 million bribes for getting Ukraine to fire prosecutor Viktor Shokin.

Shokin was reportedly investigating Burisma Holdings, the Ukrainian energy company where Hunter Biden sat on the board. While vice president, Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees to the country if they did not replace Shokin with someone else.
