Kamala Harris Impeachment Articles Unveiled

A Republican legislator from Tennessee filed articles of impeachment against Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden.

Representative Andy Ogles accused President Biden of using his position as president and vice president to avoid congressional scrutiny of his family’s business deals and their suspected illegal actions by shielding them.

According to Fox News, the articles state that Biden has utilized his time in the Executive Office of the President, including his role as Vice President, to protect his family’s business and influence peddling activities from public scrutiny and congressional oversight.

According to the reports, Biden tried to get then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to dismiss Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin because of his investigation into the oil company Burisma.

Details of an alleged bribery plot in which the CEO of Burisma recruited Hunter Biden to sit on the board of Burisma to obtain his father’s influence to suppress Shokin’s probe into the firm were made available to the House Oversight Committee through form FD-1023.

The FD-1023 also claims that two Biden family members earned $5 million each for their involvement in the scandal.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Republican from Georgia, released information on an alleged bribery plot involving President Joe Biden last week.

Initially, The FBI refused to let members of the House Oversight Committee see form FD-1023, which contains claims from a confidential human source outlining the alleged pay-to-play scheme.

Greene explained that the Ukrainian oil business Burisma is at the center of the controversy. In 2016, Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin opened an inquiry into the corporation. To ensure that the problems disappear away, Burisma brought in Hunter Biden.

The FBI’s stubbornness in turning over the material to Congress is also mentioned in Ogle’s writings. The FBI refused to comply with the congressional subpoena for the document, so Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer filed charges of contempt against FBI Director Christopher Wray. Wray eventually gave in and let the committee members examine the FD-1023.

Impeachment proceedings against Biden are being pursued by more than just Ogles. In May, Republican Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene began her bid to remove Biden from office for his policies towards the southern border.
